We pride ourselves on only selecting quality products, providing you with accurate descriptions and photographs so you can see what you are buying before you order. We inspect and package everything very carefully (in fact most things are slightly over protected to be on the safe side), so it is rare that we get a customer asking to return something. However, if things go wrong we never quibble about a return and we sort things out as fast as we possibly can.

If goods have somehow been damaged in transit, there will be signs of damage to the external packging and you MUST retain all of the packaging as evidence until the Carrier or Delivery Agent has had a chance to inspect it or until we tell you, it can be disposed of. Failure to do this may affect your ability to claim for damaged goods.

Where goods have been 'signed for', ensure you annote the signature panel if you see ant damage ('Uninspected' or 'Damaged' will usually suffice as an annotation). The carrier may refuse to accept damage reported later if this is not done.
